1 on 1 Shooting Practice

Anybody can SHOOT, but not everyone can SCORE! Want to improve your stamina, accuracy and shooting form?

Try our shooting sessions. Sessions are designed with the High School Student-athlete in mind. The key word here is ATHLETE. With the exception of free-throws, there will be NO STATIONARY SHOOTING.

Your goal is to make 300 shots per session. Ultimately we want you taking a minimum of 2000 shots per week. By the way, did we mention that we start each session with agility training?

1 On 1 Strength & Conditioning

Division 1 Coaches look for two main attributes when evaluating prospects. They ask themselves two questions that guide them through a very rigourous selection process. 1) Is she a Division 1 Athlete? 2) Is she a Division 1 Basketball Player? If the the answer is no to either question, your chances are low that they will move you on to the next phase of the recruiting process.
