Welcome to a top-notch basketball program formed by a group of well-connected professionals with longstanding relationships in the San Diego basketball arena. Providing a full service basketball program to female student-athletes in the San Diego area. Our team of professional coaches and trainers will manage your training and development and create a perfect and beneficial representation of you as a student-athlete, to prepare you for High School (HS) Basketball.

We assist our student-athletes reach their goals, plan for the future, and take care of their weekly training and development requirements. We help our athletes on and off the court to succeed in their HS career. Being a student-athlete can be a great experience and offers a rare opportunity to pursue the HS of their choice, and possibly beyond. It is important that every student-athlete has the right advice, guidance and preparation to make the most of this opportunity.

Our formula is simple. Five days per week practice (most programs offer only one or two), Sunday - Thursday. Two days of light strength & conditioning, two days of intense strength & conditioning, and one day of drills. Two of those days are dedicated to shooting, two for ball handling, and one day of fundamentals. We provide everything in-house, so that you do not have to spend more money & time going elsewhere. If you need more one-on-one training, we provide that too.
